For most chronic conditions, yes. Ayurvedic diagnosis relies heavily on a detailed case history — your constitution, digestion, sleep, bowel habits, stress and family history — along with observation of your tongue, skin, eyes and posture, all of which work over video. What cannot be done remotely is nadi pariksha (pulse reading) and hands-on therapy. If your case needs either, the doctor will tell you plainly and recommend an in-person visit to our Coimbatore hospital.
A 30-minute first consultation is charged at a fixed fee, shared with you when your slot is confirmed. Your follow-up review at 14 days is complimentary. Medicines are billed separately based on what is prescribed, and you always see the cost before anything is dispatched. There is no charge for requesting a slot.
Most patients are confirmed within 24 hours and consult within 48. Consultation hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST. If you need an earlier slot, message us on WhatsApp and we will look for a cancellation.

Please do not stop or change any prescribed medication on your own. Bring your current prescriptions and recent reports to the consultation. Our doctors routinely design plans that sit alongside conventional treatment for conditions like diabetes, hypertension and thyroid disorders, and will flag any interaction to watch for.
A quiet space with a stable internet connection, your recent blood reports or scans (photographs are fine), a list of current medicines, and a short note on when your symptoms started and what makes them better or worse. You can share reports on WhatsApp beforehand so the doctor reviews them in advance.
Yes, and we encourage a family member to join the call. For children and elderly patients we usually keep the plan conservative to begin with and review sooner than 14 days. Emergencies, acute injury and anything needing immediate physical examination should go to a hospital first.
Yes. Sethu Ayurveda Hospital in Coimbatore has a dedicated Panchakarma wing with in-patient facilities. If your online assessment points to a full therapeutic course, we plan the duration, cost and dates with you before you travel, and your online case notes carry over to the treating team.
